Love runs toward the darkness it’s afraid of. 🌅 Happy Easter! In John 20, Mary arrives at the empty tomb while it is still dark. She meets a man she thinks is the gardener. He doesn’t prove he’s alive with a miracle or a show of force; he just says her name. The empire deals in masses and numbers. A present tense God deals in profound, intimate relationship, looking for the person hurting the most to call them by name. He is risen. Happy Easter!
