Daily Devotional for Apr 11, 2026

Love stands toe to toe with death. ❤️🪦 Yesterday we stood in a graveyard. But today, Song of Solomon 8 talks right back to the grave: "Love is strong as death." Not stronger than death. Strong as death. The poet isn't minimizing grief. Death is powerful. But love matches it. Love shows up in the dark and refuses to be moved. The grave is real, but the love of God is a raging flame that refuses to be put out. Many waters cannot drown it.
