Daily Devotional for May 1, 2026

Let's talk about history repeating itself. 🎧 In Acts 7, Stephen defends himself by quoting Exodus 3. God appears to Moses in a burning bush—not an approved venue. Moses wasn't credentialed, and the mission wasn't cleared by the authorities. Stephen reminds the insulated establishment that God’s power always moves toward the oppressed, bypassing velvet ropes. If you want to see God moving, don't look at the top of the pyramid. Listen for the groaning.
