Daily Devotional for May 17, 2026

Let's talk about the in-between. 🕰️ The big event is over, but the next chapter hasn't started. In Acts 1, the disciples are in a waiting room between Ascension and Pentecost. But notice what they don't do: they don't go back to fishing. The mantle changed how they wait. The empire tells us if we aren't producing, we are failing. But 1 Peter 5 tells us to cast our anxiety on God. You don't have to force the next chapter today. Cast your cares on him.
