Daily Devotional for May 29, 2026

In Job 38, God asks: "Have you commanded the morning?" 🌅 The dawn has a place. No human power makes the sun come up; the light arrives apart from the empire's machinery. In 2 Timothy 1, Paul is in prison but tells Timothy to "guard the good treasure." The empire uses despair to make you surrender your hope. Guard it anyway. The guards don't command the morning. The God of the whirlwind does. You don't have to control everything today. The sun's coming up either way.
