Let's talk about cheap peace and hard grace. 🕊️ In Jeremiah 28, the false prophet Hananiah sells a comfortable lie—an easy, quick fix to the exile. And honestly, Jeremiah wants it to be true. Nobody wants to be the one to say that the road ahead is going to be longer and harder than expected. But a cheap peace is just the empire's favorite sedative. In Luke 17, Jesus offers the exact opposite: the grueling, unglamorous work of hard grace. He demands honest confrontation and endless forgiveness. The empire defines peace as the mere absence of conflict, but the Kingdom requires the messy reality of actual reconciliation. Cheap peace leaves the system broken. Hard grace actually heals it. Don't settle for the cheap stuff today. ✨
