2026-07-02: Let's talk about being bound to a dead system. 📜 In Zechariah 1, God asks a community emerging from exile a haunting question about the ancestors who stubbornly ignored the prophets: "Where are they now?" The empire loves a cycle; it wants you to inherit the dysfunction of the past and believe you are bound to "the way things have always been done." But Zechariah reminds us we have a chance to do something different. In Romans 7, Paul uses a legal metaphor to declare that the old contract is void! He writes that we have been "discharged from the law, dead to that which held us captive." The empire wants you to stay married to the old rules, old metrics, and ancestral cycles of extraction. But the Kingdom declares the contract is voided, and you are free to serve in the newness of the Spirit. Stop paying debts to a dead system today! ✨
