2026-07-23: Let's talk about the difference between talk and power. 🗣️ The empire loves talk—branding, PR, and endless debate. It mistakes eloquence for wisdom and the ability to win an argument for the ability to change a life. In 1 Corinthians 4, Paul addresses a church caught up in this exact kind of arrogant performance. He cuts through the noise: "For the kingdom of God depends not on talk but on power." The Corinthians were performing the Kingdom, but Paul reminds them that true Kingdom power isn't about rhetorical dominance. It’s Esau running across a field to embrace his brother without saying a word. It’s Jesus protecting a bruised reed. You can't talk your way to transformation. As Psalm 119 reminds us, we are called to keep God's decrees, not just debate them. The empire has the loudest microphone, but the Kingdom has the harvest. Less talk. More power. ✨
